   If they pay the costs, then we'll be glad to test it out. And to provide them with all the positive results, and credits they would deserve. It would be their device we would be testing, not ours.
   But, you know what? That idea, just won't ever work... as you may already know.

    Guys:    I go to some effort to bring you the best information about this topic, as well as my view on how to achieve results, and I get insulted, without the least feed back on what was just said. To me, that is an insult and a disruption of this thread.    In case you missed it, and are interested in actually building and having a self runner, the info that I posted previously (below), some of you may find important and relevant. I have been following discussions on this topic for a long time and have seen several devices built and apparently working.
According to my qualifications, I'm a simple electrician, I don't have deep physical knowledge, and I often see average people building such equipment.
You, on the other hand, want to say that everyone has to become a physicist in order to own such a device!
I see that many times these devices are built in a rather careless way, and yet they work.
You link their construction to theoretical knowledge that the builders themselves do not have!
Do you really want to help anyone here at all?
I'm pretty sure if you really mean it, you could share information that would help even a simple person like me.
I learned a lot about electronics and programming by myself, so if necessary, I can also build the necessary control with a microcontroller.
But I'm not a physicist, and I have no affinity to be one!
However, I am convinced that if someone shows a tangible way, then I can do it!
I have an oscilloscope, a signal generator, a laboratory power supply, in my opinion, I have everything I need at my disposal,
but it's a complete mess that can be found on the forums.
Everyone comes with their own theories and takes me into the dark.
Does it make sense to deal with it this way?
Because that way it just looks like unnecessary rounds and wasted money!

   Well, there are some good reasons, such as its playing with your life. Therefore my suggestion of who needs to pay the costs, and who is responsible for what happens. In any case, this is all wishful thinking, unless someone is going to actually pay, and buy something that does not exist. I already have one, and it's not for sale.
