The most obvious is the long red twisted pair. It seems way too long for the job and may meander down over the edge of the table to a power supply or battery below. (kako chibridze video)

Regarding the akula video, my impression of the back of the chair does not appear to be a twin wire as it too carefully follows the contour curve of what we would expect to see. Besides there are no such wires shown on the top of the board or visible coming out of a hole in the board.

IMO the most likely way that the chibridze video could be faked, would have been to take a mains live feed up through a hole in the demo board into the centre of the air coil and connect this to one side of L4. The mains supply is then conveniently controlled by the switch, with the neutral side coming through the croc clip lead, which is called the earth lead in the demo. The red twisted pair is flicked out of the way in one clip and there is a view that shows the complete length of the twisted pair clear of the demo board edge.

With regards to the Aukula video, on further observation, I don't think there is a wire under the upper red arrow but there does appear to be twin cable sitting on top of the timber seat edging, following it in a curve around the chair under the lower arrow. If you look very carefully, the cable drops over the side of the chair. The other side of the cable probably drops down the back of the chair and is concealed from camera view by the top left hand corner of the back rest. I've attached the video clip again for easy access.

Edit: Video clip is Aukula self-runner, not Tungus as labelled.

Ok, so I was playing with my new Galaxy cell phone that I just got as a gift, and I just viewed this video from Eric (link below), about cell phones and cell phone towers, RF and such.
So, I look out my living room window, and this is what I see (pic below), less than 80 yards away from my living room window, staring me in the face, so I took a picture.
 RF, anyone???
Rhuematism? I can't even spell it, but I sure can feel it. Feels like I'm getting on to 200 years old now, while I'm only 22.

Eric's video on cell phones and RF radiation from their towers.

Important information still needed: Details for winding the air cored choke L4, the value of C3 and the primary winding voltage on T1.

Nice build Hoppy, and good questions.

For the value of C3, could this not be the flyback internal capacitor which would be between 1.5 and 3nF?

Cpacitor C3 is the yellow disc at 1:40 in the Ikako video. This does not say there is not a capacitor also in the flyback.

I have traced out all the wiring in this video and it conforms well to the schematic "_00002.jpg"

Akku or dally device replication details present in this image. please anyone translate this image it maybe helpful for all..... I got this file from TUNGUS-TK video. I think now this file is removed by author from the video part
Tungus-TK is not Aukula, somebody make mistake and combine Akula video with Tungus-TK schematic. Tungus-TK not claim, that it have overunity.

I have attached a photo of the coil / spark gap, transformers and transistors / heat sinks I will be connecting up for my Chibinidze device replication.

Please let me know if you will need help with tuning as it is tricky part when you need to have resonance in series on same air core transformer... ;)

The circuits are different, the description and schematics in the end of akula's video are not of his as well. The only thing what relates those two is the effect inside of coils.

P.S> Who seek knowledge may look on this video of Eric Dollard history readings - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UA2tLgL0HqE

Tungus is not akula0083, and someone placed the wrong diagram in the end of the two videos. The right diagram is supposed to be the one that is hand drawn, but who knows for sure. Why was the right diagram removed, or not shown, or is the hand drawn one  even the right diagram?
Who knows anything for sure.  This all smell fishy to me. As the video from akula is clearly trying to show a self running device.
Could the point be to steer us all in the wrong direction? So, that nobody will be able to replicate it. Maybe it is a self runner, but someone doesn't want that to be known, and this is all about that?
Any way, I've decided to wait and see...and give this some time, for the dust to clear.
But, in the mean time I'll continue with changes on my previous build towards this unknown direction, while getting nowhere, quick.

There is one direction... To see what happens when you have katcher/exciter effect meeting current on series quarter wave resonance and making standing wave where voltage is 90 degrees to current and when katcher/exciter coil is inside of current providing transformer. :)

    @ T-1000 and All:
Ok, just how would you go about it?  lets say that you have a working Exciter on 12v, and 1000mA.
Trying to keep the akula device in mind for this, not the other one. As I don't want HV spark gaps in my house making noise, creating ozone, spewing RF, and affecting things.

In my case a LS 3.0 circuit, can also function to give pulses to an Exciter air core/coil.
What would be the next step?
Would you use a yoke, for the primary/secondary, then further going to an Exciter air core, with an inner coil, with or without the aluminum or copper tube with the slit?
The akula device uses an air core with another inside air core, without the slit tube.
So, the slit tube is NOT needed.
As you can see I'm confused!  So, if anyone can give us a hand, please do so.

BTW:  Grum, I don't know about what you are currently working on, but, with my device if the polarity between the primary and the secondary is not right, it won't work, at all.

Thanks, I will give you a shout if it shows any sign of life - without the 'X' wire of course.  ;D

Attached is a photo of the complete build. As expected, there is not a glimmer of light from my 40W lamp I've tried many cap values in place of the 0.5uF and spark gap distances to no avail. The oscillator, flyback and spark gap are working fine at an oscillator frequency of around 64KHz. My transistor base resistors are 2K2 and spark gap cap is 550pF. Transistors are MJE13005.

I'm going to try the 'X' wire next - wish me luck  :)

What is your choke wire length?
The resonant frequency wave length of it is ~ by wire length * 0.7, the current coils total length should be 4 times less with 4 times wider wire for quick resonant condition(resonance in series on same transformer with standing wave)...

Also to understand effect the following circuit needs to be studed closely: http://imgbin.org/index.php?page=image&id=13184 - C1L1 resonance in paralel, L2C2L3 resonance in series, L2L3 wire lenth ratio 4:1 , everything on single air core transformer. ;)

What did you wind the choke wire on?  ferrite rod?

Do you mean the total length of both 80 turn coils added together?

Thanks T1000. However, I'm sure that there is not enough power from the flyback for the performance shown in the video, even with a tuned setup. As you probably have more experience in tuning than me and as this circuit is an easy build, give this setup a go yourself and see if you can light the lamp as in the video without an 'X' wire.  It does work better with L2 reverse connected in relation to L3, when I can at least see some ringing spikes on T1 primary, although again no flicker on the lamp.
