Not quite captain zero... I nailed him at mouserebellion.com when he logged into my forum several years ago which I set up to figure out who the players are. Oil producing countries are all involved in their own ways and corporations that have intellectual property rights to it they don't want to share.

What they are trying to do is get you to do a prior disclosure so when you try and patent, they can just tell you to it is a national security economic threat (to whom the oil companies?) and place you under a gag order and tell you to go pound sand.

Otherwise, the government is obligated to pay you a bunch of cash to keep it to yourself. I have heard they are obligated to pay you 20 years worth what the patent would produce. Not sure if that is true, depends probably.

Of course if open source and making the world a better place is your game, disclose away. People that have nothing to disclose usually are in that mode but that changes rather quickly once they do have something. The smell of money makes people funny.

That is why they bait you with clues. They want you to disclose. The post will be deleted in a matter of two minutes from what I can see.

The Hatem magnetic cogging device and the work done by Terawatt Research points very strongly to relative harmonic motion to being a source of OU through mechanical means. I think that concept could be easily adapted to electrical analogs of mechanical systems, and it wouldn't surprise me in the least that TK's device works on a similar principle..especially given Cosmo's preoccupation with dual input coils in the infamous ferrite experiment.
