      A major pollution problem on existing automobiles is nitrogen compounds.  The nitrogen or inert gas in the combustion process is not inert at high temperatures.  The fuel is burnt to raise the temperature of the air induced into the engine.  The oxygen combines with hydrogen in an exothermic reaction and this thermal energy is transferred to the compressed air inside the cylinder.  The nitrogen which is the inert gas of choice because it is free receives the heat and expands driving the cylinder.  Unfortunately nitrogen is not totally inert at high temperatures and pressures and various nitrogen oxygen compounds are formed.  Any engine with air going in the air filter is going to have these pollutants to deal with coming out of the tailpipe.  The internal combustion engine needs to die.  It is close to 200 years and the machine is still doing the same old inefficient conversionn of chemical potential energy into kinetic energy.  We  would be better off drivinng steam driven vehicles with high efficiency propane burners than these stupid air compressors with a spark plug stuck in the cylinder.

First this requires you to throw out all you know about the 1860s Faraday electrolysis for the system is just different like trying to compare apples to oranges other than they both come from a tree they really don't compare together in color, taste, texture, and many more differences.

Now this is assuming you just read at least the first two I just posted. You can clearly see that using radiant energy to pump the oxygen atoms to the fourth energy level just like in any laser it is a charge pump. This effectively lowers the energy of activation for the electric energy side to strip the electrons away from the atoms. Now the trick is to get these unstable gases into the combustion chamber remaining in an unstable state. This is where the electron extraction circuit come in to give the freshly striped electrons a path to follow that leads away from the combustion chamber. Then you will want to isolate the intake system electrically from the head and put the EEC's positive voltage to it. This makes sure any free electrons present in the system are taken away from the system prior to entering the combustion chamber, and it also will repel the ions created missing those electrons. When Meyer speaks of a resonant chamber he is not always talking about a electrical resonating system as the gas processor is a radiant resonate cavity focused on what ever atom or atoms you wish to add in laser energy to at the correct wavelengths of course which is the resonance part of it for the light will only interact with matter at the resonate frequencies of light for the atoms or molecules you wish to have the laser energy interact with. Now the chemical side of this is when the atoms go to form the water molecule all the electrons must be present before the molecules are formed according to the laws of conservation of mass and the law of conservation of energy says that the energy evolved in such a reaction must equal the energy put into the system to strip the electrons from the atoms to begin with. This energy comes from the nucleus of the hydrogen atoms and creates the missing electrons prior to the formation of the water molecules and in doing so evolve the same amount of energy it took to strip the electrons off in the first place therefore energy is conserved.
