construct it properly  - right magnet distance and right roll down angle.
your magnet is too close to the balls, allso try elevating angle for roll off  - acceleration and speed will suffice for climb up.

ball in ramped SMOT easilly falls down why yours can't ? (magnet touching ball ? - too close)

most of all, don't give up so quickly something that has all the logic to work.

many rockets fell down , before one constructed properly flown.
