perpetual motion device- Gotthard Gravity Motor
« on: March 25, 2010, 01:00:25 PM »
This device uses the transfer of water to keep it unbalanced creating energy seems like it should work figured i would post it and see what everybody thinks.  http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-build-a-perpetual-motion-device-Gotthard-G/

if its so simple then why haven't i seen a real life working model demonstration?

This bears an uncanny :) resemblance to the Lord Kelvin Water Dropper
Experiment. That one uses a stream of water droplets to generate static
electric charges. Static electric charges are inherently overunity in
character IMHO. If one had a close to unity gain mechanism, one can
have a little overunity energy go a long way. What one would do is have
the reciprocating balance of two self stopping water containers abetted
by static electric charges to pump water back up into the two containers.
I can't tell whether the balance of hardware I see does that or not. Unless
he gives exact design plans it won't work because probably he doesn't
understand his own devices fundamental operation...this is pretty standard
in the OU energy field.

It is not simple. It is hard - very hard - maybe even impossible. But what do I know? Maybe there is a solution, a very obvious solution, out there somewhere. I have tried for years with no luck so far. I think however the solution is to change potential energy without actually altering position - like moving the whole universe on meter down instead of moving the object 1 meter up, so to speak. Then you can harness the potential energy this way, and you can do it without actually adding energy in advace. How to do this is another question :)
