California attorney Orly Taitz has released a copy of a birth certificate that purports to show Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, which if authenticated would plunge the United States into a constitutional crisis and potentially herald a catastrophic loss of confidence in the legitimacy of the government.

Kator, the reason for the 'natural born citizen' stipulation was to prevent british elitists from infiltrating the US government and turning the republic into a totalitarian regime...kinda like what happened anyway.

You can verify it for yourself by going to Barack Obama's website. Just type it in manually so you don’t get redirected www.barackobama.com than scroll down to the bottom right, under “Obama Everywhere” click on MySpace and there you are.  52?

Regardless of your political viewpoint, these so called "Birthers" are nut-cases.
Why? Because just about everybody outside a mental institution knows that skill and education are far more important factors than place of birth. Plenty of America's most successful business leaders, actors, musicians, and athletes were born in other countries. America shines because it can attract the best and brightest talent from around the world. Furthermore, any political attempt to deny this would be pure hypocrisy. Case in point, Arnold Schwartzenegger, who was born in Austria. Arnold happens to be a prominent Republican politician, Governor of California, and probably one of the very few Republicans with enough charisma to challenge Obama in the next presidential election. Say no more.
