Something to figure out about the actual smaller coil length.
2 possibilities:
1) The coil is only that long ?
2) He drilled a hole into the coil former and inserted the cable into the core ?

Well there seems to be a small diameter winding under the thick coil, it might be on a larger diameter coil former or is a continuation of the smaller coil.
Drawing the tangents from the small coil, it looks like it is a different coil.

For what its worth. The probe on the coil is the flame sensor. You can see from the picture, the probe is touching or slightly raised off the core material. This confirms that there is some alloy being used. This controller has two HV outputs. One is wrapped around the alloy core, and most likely connected to the core. and the other you can clearly see in one of the pictures posted is just sitting on the cardboard not being used.

Regarding the HV probe that is wrapped around the large coil. You can also see in another picture that its plastic plug and electrode is being used as a 'splice point' This would suggest that the HV is connected directly to the alloy core material or is taped off and simply wrapped around the alloy. Regardless the flame sensor points to a alloy core material. Reminds me of Peter Davey resonating electrodes.

would you mind explaining what you mean with "alloy core". You mean the core material that the small coil is wound on?
I first considered that to be an unpolished metal too, but i am really not sure, if it's not just cardboard.

I see all 3 cables being used. The electrode of output cable 1 and 2 connects to the  Litz shielding of the RG6 coax cable, that TK seems to prefer for his HV stuff just like in the green box.
Cable 1 and 2 connect to each of the 2  HV winding terminals that form an ~8 turn coil.

shots of plane was my documentary of me about to lose contiesnes. Not knowing what is going to be next.It was my state of mind. Obviously you do not care.Yes definitely there is more in it but I did not gave all of the details.I was denied to fly back from Prague and only after 24 hours and paying additional $250   I found myself in the situation that I might be denied again.
I was approached by  appropriated forces even before I was able to interact with them. I may think that they new about me and about video that I posted.Time was passing  but I was send from one control to another and another.I was in my opinion inappropriate touched in every possible place.I do not dispute their rights to do so. After that I start to protest and that what helped me out.
I'm going to consult the situation with  proper advisory and I will decide if I will file an action.
I demanded my total control over my  belongings at the time of  multiple examination. I was watching hands of examiner if he is not trying to plant anything in to the suitcase.I asked  that if nothing was found   when I be able  to go to the plane. The answer was  quote:Yes if the plane is still there.

Finally I understand that I did not formulate any accusation and I did not mentioned as of yet name of airlines where possibly bad food was served. but rather my worries. Under my strong protests the personnel decided to let me go back to USA.

However Georgia  in every possible aspect  was kind, respecting,and incredibly friendly to  me.
Georgian authorities interaction was overwhelmingly friendly to me as they are to every American.
