How many watts do you think that is?

About enough to run that small motor.  :)

This one puts out 14.7 watts at optimal settings.  Cost is way too high though.

A company called powerchip claims to have developed a module capable of 80% efficiency, although I'm sure they wont be selling them anytime soon, if at all.
