Open letter to inventors (destination: underground)
« on: August 15, 2007, 02:39:20 PM »
When I started following SM forum about 3 or 4 months back I was ?happy as a puppy?. I thought this is it. This will change the world. And mostly I was happy because the majority of you, the inventors, had their head straight about tpu being an open source, public, unsuppressible. Thats the reason I thought this one will make it.

It makes me sad to see, that some of you have gone underground. I think this is a step in wrong direction. And I think if something is going to stop this technology from getting out there, then the decision to go underground has a good chance to be it.

That being said ? what puzzles me is that I KNOW you are not stupid and you probably know everything I said. So you must have some very good reasons for going underground. I cant imagine what these reasons might be, because the forum being overloaded with info is not a reason good enough to risk it.

Please someone tell me that its not because fo the trap of human ego. Because if it is, then I can just imagine big oil sitting back and laughing their asses off.

Whatever course you will follow I sincerely wish you all the best.

First of all TPU itself is not open sourced. No one knows how it works, or whether it works at all. The inventor has sealed his lips. What we have is a bunch of very smart hackers trying to find its secret by hit and trial. As far as I know, they are not underground, some of them have given up, some are still trying silently and some got so frustrated that they resorted to hoaxes and jokes (you know who ;))

Otto and Ronette have done a very good job and all their work is available here. Its not a complete success, but its open, nothing hidden. I can't say this about the gnosis forum, there are some hidden projects going on there, but I don't think they want to hide the results, its something else.

Dont think of it as "Underground" Some have chosen different paths. The clutter in these forums have become un manageable and difficult to navigate. So teams of highly motovated guys have gathered in private to follow different roads togather. In this way they can move much faster. When a break through happens (And it will) many alredy have, as you can see going back a few months. This forum will come alive again with the post of their findings. Of this i'm sure The research hasnt stopped. it continues.

If you truly followed the TPU effort then you would know that some of the people that you think are "underground" - like GK, Eldarion, and Otto, post their work on the public forum for all to see.  As usual, the "armchair researchers" want to half-read, and talk out the side of their asses - and this is why groups that want to get any damn work done have to remove themselves from the public soap opera.

maybe the forums are turned into soap opera because some people like to turn every thread into stupid arguing and insulting. Grumpy, what is your opinion about those people?

thease are my thoughts that i choose to share like i said this is not only the tpu here once understood many many diffrent devices can be made that do the same thing

@toorik

You started this rediculous thread with the misconception that people have gone "underground".

Hell, for all you know the TPU has been duplicated and there is some inherent "problem" with it, or those who know how it works don't want to share the knowledge because it is dangerous, or maybe they are irritated-half-to-damn-death by all the BS that people throw around on these forums.
