A friend of mine met Bearden....what Bearden did not disclose is that the MEG only performs when IT wants to.  They have not discovered dependable o/u production.

Bearden is not a scam. Has he asked for any of your money?  The dynamics inside the MEG are nonlinear, and probably highly chaotic due to the infolded B-field.  No one has ever tried anything like that before.

Bearden has done more to advance OU theory than any other theorist in the past century, so give him some credit.

I do not know if he is a scam, I hope not, but some say so with good arguments.
He does ask money for his products, which is his right to do so.
Still havent seen proof written as Pout / Pin > 1

Personally, I think Bearden is a genius of the highest order.  I don't really care that he can't manage to  mathematically model the internal state of an infolded B-field, because that is an extremely difficult problem to solve. 

My personal opinion is someday Bearden will be regarded as important as Einstein and Bedini will be regarded as a modern Telsa.

I dont know about the theories on comprehension level, I do know about the active particle flux providing energy to fields and polarization.

From the scientific community we can expect nothing proving Beardens theories (only disproving).
Proving is up to open minded people who know how to do things, like many here on the forum.
We need a single OU system tested extensively and systematically  (measuring wrong is easily done); and its concepts must be simple for understanding, replication will follow automatically (like we've seen everytime).
Just to proof Bearden has something. Only then things will change.
