Simulated Resonant Circuit

One of the big problems with using resonant circuits in products, is keeping them in resonance.
What I think needs to be done is to simulate the qualities of a resonant circuit.
When those qualities can be simulated, then you have control over them.
When you have control over them, then you can design the technology into product that are robust.
The attached drawing is a circuit that should be tested by someone to see if in deed it can or can not simulate qualities of a resonant circuit.
I do not have the equipment currently to do this.  Since so many people are working with resonant circuits, it would be nice if someone would set this up and report the results of the testing.

Thank You.
