This seems to be the long known "ambient energy circuit" floating in the Internet since many years. The "inventor" did a nice job putting everything together.

My tests showed that you have to be near (a few kilometers) a strong transmitter (radio station) in order to have good results. It works best with AM radio waves. But AM radio stations have become rare. Austria does not have any left, there are still some in Eastern Europe, but they are to far a way from me to be used in any way (I can hardly receive them with a radio).

If it is in any way possible, we should build a Neutrino, Dark Matter or Dark Energy harvester. Well, that was more a joke than a useful idea.

Greetings, Conrad
