Pay particular attention to Pg. 144. Seems Mr. Brown was a wee bit ahead of his time, at least as regards earth mechanics! Especially in light of current events such as the increased earth quakes in diverse places, especially along the equator....including the 2004 tsunami, and recent indonesian/solomon island/Samoan quakes. Not long after 2004, some of us began noticing the change. If you doubt, then get pics/vids of sun rise/set in your area late this December.
