AUSTRALIAN INVENTOR NOMINATED AS ONE OF THE WINNERS OF MAJOR INVENTION AWARD -ENERGY GLOBE AWARD

It has been confirmed that Australian inventor Robert Vancina won a major invention ENERGY GLOBE AWARD in the
    National category.

There were 769 projects from 111 nations submitted.

The awarded invention involves a new technology of the highest energy efficiency and low to zero emission of hydrogen energetic
sources. More details of this technology  can be found on the following website www.hopecell.com

The ceremonious presentation will be held in Prague, Czech Republic - 13th and 14th of April 2009 in presence of the highest official
representatives and environment ministers of the European Union, US and other countries around the world, with MIREK TOPOLANEK,
President of the European Council of EU addressing the ceremony.

More details of award can be found on web pages www..energyglobe.com/energy-globe-award

this extract from the Hopecell site:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Welcome to the Birth of a New Technology

Hydrogen energy is widely considered as one of major future sources in an ever increasing demand for energy. It is ecologically friendly with '0' emissions, leaving a 'green' footprint on our environment for the benefit of future generations.

The H.O.P.E Cell is a unique and innovative environmentally friendly energy source which has the potential to attract world-wide markets. It can be used in conjunction with Combustion, Fuel Cell and Stirling engine energy conversion.

Using hydrogen as the source of energy while at the same time minimising the impact on the environment is the ultimate goal. This design is employing an improved plasma pyrolysis technology of aquatic electrolytes to produce anomalous quantities of hydrogen/oxygen gases with the highest level of energy efficiency; allowing numerous applications. It also bridges the gap in technology transition from the 20th to the 21st century, from hydrocarbon fuels to hydrogen technological solution, with excessive reduction of toxic emissions, while using the full potential of existing technological devices, ensuring a prosperous economy.

Employing plasma as a medium for changing the state of matter and plasmid electrical charge through thermoionic scattered emission, resulting in a bond instability, overunity breakage of hydrogen/oxygen covalent bond and anomalous gas discharge from water clusters, compared with Faradic electrolysis. A new perspective to hydrogen technology is opening through high energy efficiency of the process with a minimal negative impact on the environment.

A new generation of plasma energy source technology of the highest efficiency has been developed with the discovery of principles for relocating, magnifying and controlling a plasma discharge in an medium contained in a stainless steel, high temperature and high pressure resistant enclosure. Plasma dislocation, direction, magnifying and control may have applications not only in a particular system, but more widely in general plasma applications and future fusion technologies.

After more then 5 years of Research and Development and accomplishing intellectual property protection, strongly supported through market research for potential product demand, we are stepping towards further development of prototype's and marketable products. Patenting rights can now be allocated to numerous countries and regions.

@ hopecell

Congratulations on your achievements this far!!!

I sincerely hope that you're discovery makes it to the store shelves quickly for the better of humankind.

If you make the plans available on EBAY for a reasonable price as a download that cannot be copied, I as many others on this forum I'm sure would be willing to purchase the plans and validate and further your current tech and continue the R&D process until accepted by your peers.

Patents aren't the only way to go, if it can be easily replicated and sold by masses with a kickback to you if it works I'm in  :)

PS: The fact that there is mention of OU in the statement on your website of "overunity breakage of hydrogen/oxygen covalent bond and anomalous gas discharge from water clusters" has me intrigued.

Regards,
Paul
