After seeing some information about non common Classical Electromagnetism, I have found interesting information.

1. Energy is not based on electrons, energy is based in Photons. A perfect example is to look a Spark Gap. Photonics/Optic and ElectroMagnetism have a lot in common, and Hieronymous described a new form of energy called Eloptic energy (Electric + Optic). Tom Bearden says:
EM Energy is any ordering in the Virtual PHOTON Flux (VPF) of vacuum. Vacuum is like a Matrix of possibilities. where a Virtual Particles Flux is present. And that Virtual Particles can be turn into any kind of energy. ElectroMagnetism is based on Light/Photons/Optics.

2. We use the energy in a wrong way because we use a Positive Resistance that means energy losses/dissipation in form or heat (InfraRed Radiation). When the dipole draws energy, the energy scatters when it founds a resistance. The scattering/dissipation is in form of HEAT and heat means IR Radiation (radiation is related with light), so the energy is scattering into the Virtual Photon Flux of the vacuum, and it comes back to its source. The VPF (like the universe particle matrix). This process is called Entropy, that means energy dissipation from an usuable to an unusuable form. Remember that energy is any ORDER in the VPF. We can see this example as a "transmissor" because we're sending energy to the VPF. So... we can build a energy receiver that gets energy from VPF.
This process go against the natural energy laws, it's destructive and it works in an explosion way. Nature works in an implosion way.

3. The negative resistance is the oposite process. Negative resistance is like a energy receiver that sucks energy from the Quantum's Virtual Photon Flux. That means, it turns chaotic/unusuable energy to coherent/ordered/usuable energy form. This process is the oposite of the Entropy and it's called Negentropy. It sucks energy from the vacuum throught a vacuum fluctuation. When this form of energy finds a resistance, it amplifies (receives) instead of disipate (sending). The COP (Coefficient of Perfomance) is > 1, COP > 1 means overunity.

When Heat is liberated by (any) matter into the environment - is that the end of it? Is Heat a loss forever - never to be reclaimed or recovered or used again?

Heat is a Electromagnetic Wave, it's mainly Thermic Radiation or also called InfraRed Radiation. There is an universal law that says: Each thing that comes from the vacuum must return to the vacuum. You know that universe (energy, atoms, etc...) are appearing and dissapearing at extremely high speed. We're dissapearing and appearing continuously too. That is because each thing comes from the vacuum, and have to return to the vacuum again. Quantum physics says Energy is Frequency. That frequency comes from the quantum vacuum fluctuations.

Heat is scattered as all kind of energy in the vacuum, but not as heat. I mean, electricity is scattered as heat and heat is scattered in other kind of energy (maybe some kind of static energy) and remains there and we can recover it again in ANY kind of energy.

Energy can't be created or destroyed, it only changes.

So, what I hear you saying is that our reality is rather like a hologram, only it's characters possess self awareness and are able to inspect the hologram deeply enough to realize there is only so much of us to inspect.  It's source must be revealed to us rather than found out by us.

Maybe TPTB should get a clue that it's time to stand down and disarm photon torpedoes....

Instead of looking inward for zero point energy, perhaps we should look out, and realize the handiwork of the Source of Infinite Point Energy.

Yeah, that's right. This universe is like a hologram. Think that all we can see is like a holographic picture. Science has shown awesome holographic techniques like this:

But material things are very very strong concentrations of light (energy). And why we can't pass throught matter? Think in a magnet. Magnets show repulsion effects. So, we can pass throught matter because the energy is a repulsion of our energy. Electromagnetic energy is made of photons. All the Electromagnetic spectrum are photons. Visible light are light enegy (photons), X-Rays are photons, radio waves are photons ALL EM are photons. Electricity is EM energy so, the basic particle of energy are photons and NOT electrons. See a sparkgap... you can see the electricity there. and... what you see? PHOTONS.

Hieronymous shown that EM energy as a lot in common with optics/photonics science and he called that energy Eloptic (electric + optic) energy.

The Cytopathogenic effect shows that human cells communicate themselves using photons. A very famous Doctor, demostrated that human cells are like an oscillant circuit. Cells has electrical properties: capacitance, reactance and inductance.

The universe is full of energy as you can see in my schematics. We use transmissors (energy dissipators/senders) to the Virtual Photon Flux of the vacuum and we need to use Energy Receivers. A battery is an infinite source of energy. We have the answer in front of ourselves. The problem is people don't know how to use GOOD a dipole (battery). We connect the 2 poles and we draw energy, and using this process (a closed circuit system) we're destroying the batteries, by killing the bipolar gate. As we can see, when we draw a good amount of energy, the wire heats up a lot because energy finds a resistance to pass because there is a vortex decay and heat is produced. This not happens if we use cold energy.

Zero Point Energy is called ZPE because at absolute 0 temperature, there is not mass movement, but there is still energy!!! Why? Because energy is virtual and non physical. So, at 0 degrees Kelvin there is not particle movements (electrons, neutrons, protons are quiet) but there is still energy. That test shows that energy doesn't come from electrons. Energy comes from photons.

The problem is not a energy crisis the problem is a Knowledge crisis. People don't know the truth.
All is full of energy, since Universe is pure energy. The problem is people don't know how to use it.
