Unless there is something else to it, what he is doing is not acting on its own. He is inputting energy even if he doesn't know it. If he were to mount that stator magnet in his hand to a fixed arm the wheel would not spin. He says it himself that he has to hold it in place and fight the force of it moving. He may make small fractional movements with his hand that are barely noticeable to the eye with great force thus converting that small movement with grate force to large (spinning) movement with little force. I don't want to spend too much time on this so I hope I got my idea across?

nwman, it looks to me that it is taking less power to make it spin then the power it is creating. It maybe able to be utilized as a form of free energy.

This is nothing new, and it is true that if the stator magnet was mounted on a firmly fixed position, the wheel would turn, but only 350? or so, at which point it would "hit the wall" and stop.

Watch the Minato videos, similar magnet layout, same "pulsing" movement of the hand required to make continuous rotation.

I have also built a wheel like this, and I too can make it rotate with only slight movement of the "stator" magnet.
