This isn't a new idea at all. This particular video is known for quite a while and has always been pointed out that the stator must not be held by hand in order for this to be accepted as a self-sustaining device. There are more elaborate devices than the shown seemingly demonstrating self-sustaining turning of the rotor. All of these devices so far suffer from that same problem--the stator is held by hand.

Yes, I have to agree.  My experiments have shown that all the stator is doing is reducing friction.  It is the angle changes of the hand-held stator that causes the rotation.  In my hand, the can start, stop and even reverse the rotation.  With the Stator fixed, no rotation.  Of course, you can spin it by hand to begin the rotation but this only shows low friction not powered rotation.  It will eventually stop.  I would refer you to my video I posted on here, but I don't recall where I posted it. It wasn't much to look at anyway.

@ FreeEnergy

Yes, that's the one.  Thanks for locating it.  Like I said, not a very good video but I spent hours with experiments of different configurations after seeing the similar videos posted here and on youtube.  I just uploaded that short video to see if all of my formats matched and it would actually work when uploaded here.  Thanks again for finding it.

this is an old video and this thing cannot work unless you hold in your hand the stator, your hand will move the rotor basically no free energy possible from this.
