Earl:
Hi Harti,

As Bruce said your intentions are noble.  However, Bob Boyce's TPU is still in an early stage of research and development, in particular an iron-clad, idiot-proof control still has to be proven.  It is much to early in my opinion to let the public read this closed thread.  We all want this new energy to start doing good as soon as possilbe, but it must be released in a well thought out and responsible manner.

There are also resource implications.  Can this device be designed to use a minimum of resources while retaining full control?  No neodymium, no ferrite, less copper, etc.  We are talking about large quantities of decentralized devices, that will consume large ammounts of resources.

We are just at the very beginning of research to develop a safe, controllable device that uses the minimum of resources.

RE:  Otto and others limited resources, Otto has clearly stated he will not accept gifts and only agreed to accept the scope in return for obligations to the community.  Maybe one idea is that the community itself buy a digital camera and lend it to Otto.  Not give it, but only lend it.  If each community member would donate 1 Euro/Dollar to a community fund to be spent as Harti thinks is correct, then a lot could be done.  Another idea is to create a non-profit association in Germany or France where one could donate money and could also accept funds from philantropists or the elderly who have no children.  Such an association could make contact with national Notary associations who advise people with no hiers where to donate their money.  What do you think Harti:  Overunity e.V. ??  Neue Zukunft e.V. ??  Energie-Forschung e.V. ??
Feel free to Skype me about this idea.

I feel funding should be totally separated from this private thread.

As Bruce said, and I agree, it is Bob's decision.

Regards, Earl

Okay Earl,
I agree , let us keep this board hidden from the public for now.

Then I will first try to finish the new video subdomain site
and then work for a membership pay-feature, which would be
setup for different areas of the forum.

Meanwhile we can work on here uninterrupted on the
replication the  the Bob B. TPU.

Many thanks for your comments.

Regards, Stefan.
P.S: The main forum will always be free, but with some
advertisement. ( no ads for this board)

Bob Boyce:
Hello Stefan

My main concern is that those that are already in the process of replication of the hydroxy gas version of this toroidal power system will try adding longitudinal windings to their cores and end up injuring or killing themselves from the lack of control. As others have mentioned, control is a very important aspect for both power gain and safety. The hydroxy gas version operates in pulsed mode, which is much safer, albeit much lower energy. The PWM3 series of controllers were designed to be fairly idiot-proof in a pulsed mode system. While I have seen slight field rotation occur in pulsed mode systems if the timing is tuned just right, without the magnetic bias, the more dangerous vortex will not form. They can still be dangerous if not connected to a load however.

I do not have a prototype of the energy only version toroidal power system, but I had experimented with them in the past. Control was always the issue with that design, as it would avalanche very easy. That was one of the driving forces that led me to develop the HexController. For the past couple of years I have been concentrating my efforts on the toned-down version of the toroidal power system for hydroxy gas production. The output of that core was optimized to deliver a pulsed energy of about 42.8 Khz that could aid in the splitting of water. Because of the pulsed mode of operation, that particual system topped out at only about 4X of input power when tuned right. When applied to a catalytic reaction cell system that produces gas at better than 200% of Faraday calcs this yielded anywhere from 600% to 1000% of the hydroxy gas as compared to straight DC of the same power according to Faraday calcs. As far as replications of those, there are several of those in operation that are in the hands of replicators here in the US and in a few other countries.

I'm not a video sort of guy anymore. I've shot video of some of my cell stacks in operation in the past and they were useless. All the critics just want to claim that they are faked, so I gave up on trying to provide proof. Undeniable proof is in replications that others can build and test.

I have been wondering, with core of the experimenters in this area of the forum what is happening outside of our protective bubble?
Have the "armchair" members been thinking where have the main experimenters gone?

I would not feel right about accepting any gifts of money for any work on this forum.
I do help out others though where I can, for example I have sent parts to Roberto in Italy, that he paid for. I will also be sending some DDS 20 kits to Ward in the US.
This is to get around worldwide postal restrictions of some suppliers.

If Otto needs a camera, then I will see if I can get him one.

Regards
Rob

otto:
Hello all,

Im back from my vacation. Finally I can rest. I mean, I was working every day at least 10 hours on my TPU and now Im on my workplace resting and after my work here Im again with my TPU at home.

My daughter has a camera so dont worry, I can make photos.

Thanks God, the work around the TPU is not sooo expensive and as I was with Shad, he offered me to use his equipment in his lab. A great guy, living only a few kilometers from my home and his lab is only 10 minutes from my home. Great.

We met at Saturday and he looked at my TPU, asked a lot of questions because he didnt know anything about a TPU.....

He sayd that he wants to read about our TPU....

HA!!! I agree with Earl: Overunity e.V. for helping people with money ( I hate this) or maybe with equipment??? maybe with electronic stuff like true RMS meters, used scopes.....just a thought.

Otto
