Lafonte Group web site is up now
« on: April 08, 2007, 09:19:00 PM »
I have opened up the LaFonte Group web site. It is under very heavy construction and will be for more than a month. The site managers will be uploading over 2000 drawings, pictures, video's and animations. They will be sorting through them and putting them in the proper categories and it will take a while. I have hundreds of more drawings in hard copy form that will need to be scanned for uploading. The site shows the progress of working in theory for many years and then with the help of Mark Olsen building test units. Some were total failures, some showed promise but the money was not there at that time to further the development. Now with relatively small funding we have progressed to the present prototype that we feel is a total success. We will not go public with it until it is self running and our rights to it are fully protected. If we went public before that it would be stupid because someone would just steal it. That is a no brainer. We will update the site as progress is made. If we ever get a self runner, it will be on camera twenty hours a day seven days a week for viewing on the web and at various locations for the public to closely observe in person. We have learned so much from building and testing and our new design seems magical almost when operating. We get a drop in load on the drive motor when the circuit is closed on the generator and a load is put on it. The rotor turns free of cogging.
I would like to thank a group member Mark Olsen for working eight and ten hours a day for the past two years in his machine shop to get us to this point.
Also to all group members for their funding and contributions in other forms.
This is one great group of people.

Hi Butch,
There's a lot of clips and photos to go through!
Good luck with your testing and I hope that you get the self runner working soon.
I look forward to you releasing details so others can re-produce it once you have protected your rights to it.
I would be happy to build a proto-type for you at my own expense and sign any NDA to do it.

Regards
Rob
