Youtube, altho cluttered with obvious junk these days as well, was and is full of real OU videos since earliest days, it has helped A LOT spreading the OU awareness, it is a great tool for builders from many forums sharing their benchwork including this one as well as people sharing their ideas. You know well it's real, but you will however, and i am CERTAIN of this, still pretend to be skeptical....why. If this is fake, then everything we ever saw on internet or read in any book must be fake, it does not get more concrete and real except the personal replication which i call everyone to do if they want to.
