We can recognize velocity and we no need use other objects ( Stars ) we can use fact confirmed by Michelson Morley light's velocity = only C not exist C+ V source

I think that you should register your work as your work so that it cannot
be claimed by another person. Ask a patent agent how to do this.

The translation must be 100% mathematically accurate. This is difficult for
non-mathematicians, if not impoosible.

Then go to the Marthematics Department of the leading Polish university
for Maths, and ask them to translate it.
