wrong ;)

this is cheep simple but requires special ou cores to acheave overunity  never the less  it is a sealed unit  my turbine in the center and 2 magnetic discs of neos 1 on eather side of the unit  now the chamber with the turbine has an air cavity in it  this is verry importand we want to mantain line pressure in this cavity to be able to operate the sprinkler on the other end of it  so it can water the lawn  we may need a check valve on the exit or a goose neck / air lock  we want to use the air pressure inside the cavity to push like the water would so basicly you put this in line  with the hose and feed the power back into the bank of batteries 

yes it will work why wont it?!?!?!?!?!

if it dosent at first just play with it  ;) 

now if you dont want the ou cores  use a homopolar generator  ;) think speaker magnets
