These motors generate no back EMF, therefore may be operated at low voltage (3-5V DC/AC);
however, due to low resistance of the windings currents may be unusually high (150 to 200A)
still power consumption remains relatively low (~500 Wt);
look at what happens when the rotor is jammed (no surge in input power)
bigger one boasts 2,5 N.m. of torque (unconfirmed); while may run as fast as 6000 r.p.m. you can do the math to calculate C.O.P.
narration is in Russian, I can translate if anyone cares :)

Very interesting. I would really like to know more, especially the technical construction details.
Please, make English subtitles for the two films.
Thank you.

Hi,
Is the principle for avoiding back emf is mentioned? Could you tell it?
thanks, Gyula

Thanks, this info on CHERNOGOROV motor is very good.
Yes please do translate to English.
Would be the best PRIME mover motor for Hatems Magnetic Cogging device.
