This is the PESWiki link to the page about it:
http://pesn.com/2010/10/13/9501712_Kanarev_announces_self-running_motor-generator/

Looks great but I wonder since it's coming from a mainstream scientist if it will ever make it into production and how long if it does.  Since Russia gets a lot of $$ from selling oil will they really allow this to be produced?  Same old story...   unless the system changes I doubt we'll ever see one in production.  We need someone to go 'borrow' the plans for it :D    Before it disappears into obscurity.

Quote from Kanarev @ PESWiki
Quote
I made the experiments only to check my theory of a microcosm. The new theory of a microcosm has prompted me to see if could make a self-rotating generator. It is made and works. Prospects and areas of its application have no borders. It will be the basic source of future ecologically pure power. Under the theory of a microcosm, I spend the first scientific seminar in a month [in Krasnodar on 25-27 November 2010]. It will be broadcast on the Internet in Russian and English languages. All information on the seminar can be found at http://www.akademik.su.

 :o  :o  microcosm  ;D  ;)

I watched the video Stefan posted on the Tube.  It looks very interesting.  I have no understanding of how this device might work or what principals it is based upon.  I am awaiting further information.

Hi Guys,

Prof. Kanarev build with Sergei Zatsarinin this free motor-generator.
The princip is, rotating rotor from one electric motor is passed to the stator of the generator. The stator is showed on the picture, with many turns. The speed is between 1500 and 2000 rpm.

Its very interesting build a device from 2 different devices(motor and special alternator)

Here is a scheme from this motor, based on russian text an videos. Its not proved yet.

Bye  ;D

The above diagram says:

INPUT = 6 Watts  (12V x .5 A).

OUTPUT = .0006 Watts.  (220V x .027 mA)  =  (220V x .000027 A)

=======================================================

Hmmmmmmmm.  How is this overunity???
