If not over lapping then phased so the output is like "magnetically" rail gunning the outputs? Pulsing these coils will def disturb a outer or inner field coil! Plates between energizers could saturate and be milked with containing plates like a huge capacitor (i think when you pull the field off  you should pulse a coil disruptor field to insure no magnetic contact still will induce EMF tho, in this and many ideas on the forum).  Also it would seem if we just disturb the natural magnetic/non-magnetic fields instead of wasting our negative going wave we would also benefit in using what we have better to an advantage.
