First, is anyone in contact/read recent posts from/with Ravi, i can't seem to find any recent posts so far.

I have been reading and following what has been going on lately and let me say well done to all, HOWEVER.

I am not an expert and i have no scientific training but I can recall most of what i learn, soooooo........

The information I have so far...........

1    The frequency pulse is on a positive feedback circuit? ....Whatever that is.

2    This allows the voltage to, instead of discharge "the cell", continue to rise untill it (the cell) can't take anymore charge and the dielectric becomes unstable (negative feedback), at it's weekest point which discharges the cell and releases a quantity of gaseous water that can be used/recombined at an efficiency that, in theory, allows said recombination to be suspended within a device to enable said excited particle to do work on other systems, untill either the charge dissipates or it interacts with other atoms to create new particles, kind of like what happens with electricity and light bulbs, I think.

3    There exhists within "the cell" a resonant frequency, that allows for the dissociation of the water molecule using mechanical means, (amps works to push volts up the hill [resistance] to home, or ohms.) in the off phase of the voltage climb.

4    This off phase occurs IN CONJUNCTION WITH a mirror frequency pulse of the OPPOSITE POLARITY OF THE PLATES, +electron volts then -electron volts repeated as long as the system has power applied. This pulls on first the electron, then the proton to break the covalent bond.

5    For this resonance to build up on the plates, they MUST NOT BE FIXED to each other nor to the seperator/holding device ABOVE THEIR ANCHOR POINTS AT THE BOTTOM apart from a flexable insulator within and seperating the positive from negative pipe pairs.

6    There must be ample oppurtunitty for the gaseous water, and therefore the magnetic field, to flow withiin the cell, TOP TO BOTTOM.

7    The pipes MUST be able to oscillate as a pair within the same plane as the applied magnetic/electric current, -up and down!! (look at Stans first cell).  (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jcy3JbGjQwo&mode=related&search=), This is one of the vids with good resolution.

8   How the centre pipe is suspended and connected to negative is a mystery but the strap that is welded to the outside of the posive pipes  could just as easily be welded to the inside of the negative ones and face inward to a common centre, much like the positive plates are, I believe, outside the dielectric of the cell.

9   The current flow COULD be a magnetic current as per Leedskalnin, I haven't built it yet so i can't say 4 sure, but seems logical. This would certainly explain the voltage multiplier circuit and the neccesity to keep the magnetic poles flowing in the one direction for the feedback to build up succesfully.
These charging/resonating chokes are much simpler to build as i understand??
They could be on a "perpetual motion holder" that would "sing" with the curcuit

If I am rambling I appologise , I just feel annoyed.

If there is any one that could set me to rights if any of my ideas/lerning is/are found to be wrong or not applicable, please say so.

pleez2help - Actually I think you are like most people and do not understand the evolution of the Meyer technology.

Water splitting and the water car are really two different things in that the injector was fed water, and the water was blasted through a compressed magnetic pulse of plasma which makes the water explode. The whole process happened in a millisecond. It is nothing new and every aspect of the Meyer water car was patented by others before him, sometimes multiple times.

So you need to decide which technology you are trying to replicate.

If it is water cracking, "tickling the state space change" is a good clue. Dr. Stiffler gives us much information on how to split water with just the light input from a single led being driven with a barium ferrite core.

Barium ferrite resonates at almost exactly 10 times the frequency of hydrogen. Hydrogen is considered absolute ground and Stiffler displays cold electricity circuit. See a connection? When a transistor is switched, you are changing the state of the space between the layers.

There are aspects of the Meyer patent that people never seem to talk about that allude to this possibility.

As far a Ravi goes, he needs a lot of attention or something. Anyone can see in his video that he has a single wire going to a huge amp meter loop. I guess perhaps connecting the amp meter would have made his reading look a bit to high...

Ravi has not replicated any aspect of the Meyer patent any more than "Dave" has. Nobody has to date in spite of all the false claims.

Search my username and you will find a post that talked about the injector. Read in detail all the 276 pages of the Meyer stuff and then research what I said in the posts.

At that point you should see that there is an evolution of the Meyer process. When you get done with that, read and understand the Puharich patent. He built the first water powered car. Then go to the patent office and search plasma and you will find yet another example of a plasma powered car using 400MHZ injector.

That is nothing new or even difficult. You can probably buy all the parts to do it off the shelf.

State space change using barium on the other hand is interesting and probably how stan probably split water at MW levels. That barium switches the transistor at a perfect frequency without input power and produces OU in the Stiffler circuit.

Also his CREC circuit does work as stated and I did replicate it.
