apple cider vinegar has an alkalizing effect.

likely because it has alkaline plant ash in it,
that neutralizes acidic hydrogen and carbon.



i used to suffer from acute acidosis.
that made my life a nauseous hell.

but drinking small amounts of watered down apple cider vinegar,
got rid of my symptoms.


the ACV got ride of my nauseousness,
caused me to sleep better,
caused my anxiety to go away,
