The most important thing in a power transmission like that is that it can defy the losses over distance a standard (transverse) transmission has.

I'm sorry, I am not an expert and I dont know much about but... I think, the Tariel Kapanadze work is the same or very close to this. The diference is the ground. This is a very good job and demostration. thank's AhuraMazda.

Wrong design! If you connected L2 to copper plate, same thing you should do with L1, connect it on same copper plate. "Nikola Tesla was connecting bottom terminal of coils L1 and L2 to ground (earth)" Yes ONE COPPER PLATE for both coils! First prove ONE WIRE TRANSMISION! Then talk about Tesla.
Another thing is SMALL COIL!
What is circulating power in coils? How will you get big power oscillation if your coil have length of 188m with wire diameter 0,2mm.(L=N*D*pi, your D=63mm and N=950)  That gives resistance of 100 Ohms and small Q factor! Your resonant frequency is calculated on base how long is secondary coil, for your example it is 188 m , that gives Frez=400kHz and Tesla said for economical power transmision we should use only  [25-50]kHz range.
Compare that with Tesla coil diameter of 5 to 15 meters, diameter of wire 2-3 mm and number of spiral turns max 50, not 950 !!!
How do you expect that it will work when you do not design as Tesla recommended.
