« on: April 03, 2006, 08:10:40 PM »
Welcome, and please feel free to join into the effort to replicate Torbays Magnet Motor from Agentina.

Please keep the posts polite and include drawings and info to back up your designs.

If you are here to "de-bunk" or "Save us from our Misconceptions", please start a new thread...PLEASE DO NOT post rants on this clean thread!

Thank you!  ;D

Thanks, jaybird, for opening the new thread. Supposedly the participants here are already familiar with the basis of Torbay's motor functioning and the proposals for slight modifications offered so far. I suggest that we finally agree on a particular design and start discussing the concrete details. As you suggested, the decision can be made through voting. You already know my opinion -- I think we should try to replicate the original Torbay design. Of course, if a reasonable argument is given for a modification I will go with that.

Hi jaybird and omnibus,

Ok the builders have their own thread now. As mentioned already lets hope we can keep this clean ans to the point.
I can agree to omnibus and think we should stay as close as possible to the original design for now.
Let's go!
