Is the STAIR battery a kind of overunity battery?
Read this:

If it draws oxygen from the air in the surrounding environment, and it makes it last 10 times more, is it a true "air-fueled" overunity battery?
If one uses a ordinary battery to charge the STAIR battery, then the STAIR battery can be used to charge 10 ordinary batteries equal to that battery first used?
Is it COP > 9 ?
Air-fueled economy?
