interesting....   its morally wrong to say you can build it and use it without paying anyone... but you cannot sell it.... you can build it (upto 12 units a year) for others and charge them only for materials...   use the original design or improve it and the same rules apply....     but its not morally wrong for you to build it, sell it.. and the original designer gets nothing...  interesting.....   if I might quote someone from above...

I agree it would be wrong for anyone to do that.
