My next guess for an earthquake is Iceland, perhaps together with a volcanic activity (Hekla).

I have a feeling that someone (US/Russia/etc) found a way to control weather or tectonics and they were testing it recently.
After last weekend's Icesave referendum perhaps their crosshair moved over this small island.

My guess has changed from Hekla to Eyjafjallajökull.

My best guess is that we are seeing a lot of increase in earth sismic activity is due to our proximity to the sun, the sun is also at an increased state of activity at this time too.  You should also take note in the lack of major earthquake activity, for locations with current earthquake activity, over the last decade or so and you will notice that most locations are "over due" for these types of quakes.  So if more of these "over due" areas do not experience some quake activity in the early spring i would suspect them to have quake activity closer to October.

I just saw some videos attributing earthquakes to low frequency waves sent into the ground. One researcher said he could start 4-4.5 Richter quakes on demand with a LF wave emittor.
Strange lights were seen in the sky, daytime in China I think, night in Chili, monents before the big quake in the latter. Since when does that happen? HAARP can mess up the ionisphere, and this might hit the right tone to set of quakes. Where were the advance tellings this time?
Do seismologists now need to monitor the skies?
Does an earthquake now mean your country will be invaded by "well-meaning" colonists?

If controlled by man.. there shall not be any significant earthquakes in the North America and Europe.. we'll see.  If controlled by man.. then perfect excuse to go into these countries and take over or make allies.

That is quite an assumption....as one assumes that man won't attack his own countrymen.  Which is a long proven fallacy.  Look at what what rich countrymen do to poor countrymen, liberal countrymen to conservative countrymen and vice versa, black to white and vice versa, etc. etc. ad nauseum,  the world over.

Man has been inhumane to his fellow man for long enough.

Man's inhumanity to his fellow men, be they his neighbors or those on the farside of the planet, is nearing it's Appointed end.

Well with events like 9/11 they had a lot of control of who live and dies.. earthquakes.. not as easy to control.

I see your point....

Yet nothing truly surprises me anymore at the extent to which many men will betray others, including their fractured selves.

Read Revelation 19:11-21

That is how it's going to go down.  More specifically, how the rebellious are going to go down.

Religion "spook" stories aside (no that crap does not scare me), the earth is still accumulating mass, riding on greasy sponge like material and is a tad warmer. Go figure...

Tesla,

I suggest you use the us geological web page to help you with your earthquake sheet, you will find that there were a lot more earthquakes above 6.0 than on your list.  Don't be alarmed thought, you would not have heard about most of them due to the fact that the media doesn't really care about most of these places as they present no sensational news.

Simply type "earthquake monitor" in google search and it should be your first option.

In the bible it says near the end, earthquakes and other stuff will come like birth pains, more closer together and stronger as the time comes near.
