Mechanical moving parts is bad mojo for super advance propulsion system.

I would for now stick with duel rotating electronic microwave fields of great intensity, powered by a nuclear electrical generator.

there is a specific range of EM pressure that can be used to move matter of a specific weight in newtons.

take the little diode substrate chip out of a LASER Diode housing and run rated current through it and tell us what happens when it is free to move around without all that weight.
