Title: American Inventor
Post by: locobarrito on March 17, 2006, 03:51:22 AM
This may not be the best place to put a rant, but..

This new series is created by the same people that created American Idol, and it shows.
In my opinion its just a bunch of drama crap "made for TV". I heard about it on the radio, at work, at about 8 am. I was excited about the prospect of seeing some new inventions. When I actually saw the show, I was severly disappointed.
It was too much like a game show.

Maybe, I'm too scientifically oriented. I'm looking for some invention to help the world, not an air freshener for my ceiling fan...

There was just too much 'made for TV" drama.

Opinions?

I agree. There was nothing of any importance what so ever on the show. Simon was interveiwed about the show a couple of days ago and he said that there was going to be a invention that will affect thousands. I'm sure it didn't show up tonight (unless he was talking about the wand ;)). This would be a great show for someone to show a magnetic motor or some type of MEG on. It would sure be hard for the powers that be to try and cover it up. But then again, they would probably find some way. But it might get a lot of people to start thinking. ???
