For making the forum better browsable
I have introducd now the update page with the
last 500 postings here:

http://www.overunity.com/index.php?update

It is also accessable from the Menu in the left border.

Hope this helps to find the topics faster.

Thanks for your efforts.

Seems like it would be better to show when the topic has been updated (and it gets moved back to the top), that's 1 entry to know to check it out, rather than 30 listings of each post in the same topic.

Attached is a screenshot of what would make for a great frontpage layout.... like the individual forum frontpages.
With: Subject, started by, replies, views, last post time

Currently the front page recent topics list has 28 postings.
100-200 would be better.
Often when a topic drops off the front page (which is very quickly with the current layout) it slips into obscurity.

I'm sure you remember the frontpage layout and the recent topics listings from before you got the new software.....
It was one of the best on the web!

Well, I will work on this when the new version will
be employed about at the end of January.

The problem is, that many things changed in the new
forum software version and I have to beg some programmers
and mod authors to reprogram it for the newer version..
