Apparently a number of people have filed similar charges.

Things are really heating up on all federal fraud fronts.

This is a good first step.  Please keep us posted on what happens.  I think it is funny that they had to use all of Obama's aliases in the court documents. I forget how many names he has used since his birth but it is a lot and yet, not one of them were ever background checked.  I believe he is the first President in history with AKA's.  (Also Known As)

We will see what happens.

   You have to remember that G Dubya didn't do anything as
president that his dear father told him to do. Daddy was the
only pres that continued to get the security briefs after he
left office. How else could he run his kid.
   Always did wonder when 911 hit, if they had daddy bush
brought to the bunker too.

Trial in question is a questionable one - when it fails, it only further solidifies the situation.

Additionally, the - no person shall be held to answer or the same crime twice  - thing comes into play. Double jeopardy ..

Evidence will be under presented, testimony will be crap.  The entire thing is contrived; the case is SLAPP.
