On my computer I can change the setting from 100 % to 75 % and see the rest of the image.
The tab on my computer is in the bottom right corner.
I hope this helps.

it worked when i right clicked "see background image"
nonetheless,

so you are using centripetal force to get height and then gravity to pull it back down?

and the propellers are generating electricity?

i like the idea but i wouldn't have the water do work until after its at the top, so i would put the props when the water is going back down, either in the lid or in a prop that sits right at the top of the cylinder before the water goes back in

i do like how once it gets spinning it will take less energy because the weight of the water will flywheel,

maybe give a small explanation, a step by step breakdown of what will/should occur, for i am going off my own assumptions

allme, you will soon notice that the problem is not coming up with an idea but actually building and testing it.

Ted at:

http://hereticalbuilders.com/showthread.php?t=7

is working on a similar idea only is he using the pressure for making a jet instead of turning a turbine. If you want build this I advice you to post there as well as Ted is a very skilled builder who can give you some pointers.
