And, of course, there is the Jet Stream. If you get your device up to 35,000 feet,
you will always have 75 mph and frquently 300 mph. (Airlines will complain, but
they can be reminded of the paraffin that they burn).

That's just it....there is so much energy available at ground level, yet hardly anyone sees fit to use it.  By building massive, relatively inefficient and troublesome turbine towers, the energy cartels still win.  Our insane leviathan of a system is so far gone that if one had the foresight to have attached a rope, driving a generator as it went, we'd have solved our energy woes, long ago.
