Nice work!

We should call them with a proposed huge export deal. And only when we speak to their president, mention that the call has been recorded and that the world is sick and tired of spam. And that we'll make sure to highlight their operations with the IRS for extra scrutiny.
It won't solve spam, but offer a small bite of satisfaction for internet users.
