Holding the ring with his hand, this has been seen loads of times before.

I doubt it would work if the ring was fixed or mounted on a stand.

Doesn't seem it would cost much to replicate

I would assume all his magnets are facing with the same polarity is he creating a dipole could the stator be made into a cross instead of a tee with a coil on the other two arms and if so would this even conduct a current, if so there shouldnt be any drag.

Maybe one setup positive or north and a separate unit setup negetive or south. Isnt this what Bearden alludes to not breaking the fields a sink.
It may not even conduct a current unless it enteracts with the opposite field or maybe interacts with the other unit.
This is all on the assumption that this unit works, Id bet it does.

I've see another video on this site that has an operator doing what you suggest can't be done.
He mounts magnets on a ring, mounts the ring on a special little tripod with bicycle-style generator attached to the mount.  He spins the magnet-studded ring on the mount by carefully adjusting an oppositely polarized magnet at an off angle to the magnets(magnetic repulsion).  The generator lights a bright LED nonstop until the video ends.

But, this was a while ago, unless the original post can be remembered, by forum, from the one who posted it?

There's lots of naysayers that jump on the wagon before its ever been tried, I was wondering if anyone here has tried to replicate this.

Hi, it looks like a good design.  I am currently looking into another device, perform a search of  "Lordos6543" and click on the "freeenergy magnetic generator" video.  It is a viable design but is claimed by 33energy.com which is another domain of Magniworks which is a scam.  Magniworks is plagiarizing other peoples videos and claiming it as there own.  You may read about that in the thread concerning Magniworks in this forum if you haven't already.  I'm not sure who the real designer of this motor is since Magniworks has taken over the video, like they have so many others.  Does anyone know how they can take over other videos from other publishers on YouTube?  It's very strange to me.

@Kabuto
Thanks.  That was the one I was thinking of and talking about.  Good search.

I haven't tried to replicate the ring stator device, but the other two are frauds.
