This work is a prime example of why enlisting the assistance of academia can be a farce.

I think there will be two camps.

1. We know everything there is to know about this so no time will be spent on it.
2. Collect all possible construction info, without the inventor. Get it working. Produce the maths and papers. Collect the prize.

 Each of us needs to invite and challenge him to post in this forum. This way we will find out in short order if he has something or is perpetrating some kind of hoax.  My thoughts are he has not yet tried to claim the overunity prize but needs recognition for making sense out of Coral Castle codes.  Thats not going to happen unless he explains in detail how he constructed his motor device.
