Post by: Tito L. Oracion on August 03, 2009, 04:43:55 AM
Hi everyone good day  ;D

I'm curious about this alkaline water, and i'm making my research about this because i heard somebody that it can cures many diseases and strengthens the human body and if that so maybe it can prolong life and many of the battery company shifted with these technology, now, can anyone give some info about how to make it and what this thing really is?

Any comment and discussion allowed.  ;D

thank you very much

Magnesium Salts you mean?

It is just as easy to turn water into wine, really, I make my own wine out of water. it is quite easy. just takes time to wait out the fermentation process.

Just add baking soda to water and the water is alkaline(PH wise).Safe to drink too if you don't mind the high sodium levels. But I really don't  know if this is what you mean.Sometimes a company will use made up words to describe their product. In my case I would use one teaspoon baking soda to one glass water.Triffid

There are many products that you can buy online that are fairly cheap like Alka Trace Drops ($5-6 dollars) . If you have a health food store in your local area they likely will have them but unless the main ingredient is baking soda it's just as easy to make this yourself. If you look around the web there are a few manufacturers who sell electrolysis kits and the mineral rods like magnesium, calcium etc. same process as making Silver Colloid.

Good Luck

Your info is the most easiest to do

i have heard that alkaline water is an energized water, now, can we use it as an alkaline battery?

Hi Tito

There are much better ways to create alkaline water than using baking soda which is loaded with sodium!

The easiest is Pure water (distilled or ionised) or Lemon water (pure water + fresh lemon or lime).

I bought a Lotus water treatment system (LWT100) years ago when I moved to the city because I can't stand to drink chlorinated water from the city systems, this unit ionizes the water which makes it alkaline.

Other ways is to reduce acid foods and include alkaline vegetables and fruits in your diet.

I just did a quick search on the net and found a website that lists alkaline vs acidic foods in a table format at http://www.essense-of-life.com/moreinfo/foodcharts.htm I am not affiliated with that web site and only list it for information.  There are tons of other sites that have information on alkaline diets.

Regards,
Paul

I would say that baking soda solution could be used as an electrolyte for a battery much the same way salt water could be used as an electrolyte. But I think they use stonger alkaline solutions than baking soda in alkaline batteries you buy at the store.Triffid

Alkaline batteries use Potassium Hydroxide as an Electrolyte base, Potassium Hydroxide is the strongest water soluble Base and is a benchmark for Electrolytes.

The Anode of the Alkaline Battery is Usually powdered (metallic) Zinc to increase Surface area of ion Exchange in the Electrolytic reaction.

The Cathode is made of Manganese Oxide which furthers the base region reaction between the Zinc ion exchange.

for a conventional battery Alkalines are low energy density power sources, it is better to make Aluminum Air Batteries using Potassium Hydroxide since Aluminum Air Batteries offer the greatest Energy density than any conventional battery although they are nonchargeable.

This water right here can cure cancer
if you drink enough of it regularly .

Combine this with some vitamin b-17 , hemp oil and you can cure any cancer .

Moshe goes to my site , he sells kits an will explain to you .

The annoying part is the filtration .

Do not mistake this water with "structured water"

Hi , this is how I do it ( the cheap way )

Equipment:

2 * 1 gallon jars
2* ½ gallon jars
1 * 304 stainless welding rod cut into 12 inch length’s
12 inches of cloth/hand towel
6 * small 9 volt Batteries
Some wire and clips

Options :

p/h test kit  ( strips / chemical / electronic )
Multi meter

Method :

Fill two one gallon jars with tap water , if you have a ph test perform one and take a voltage reading , should be around + 400 / + 500 Mv and ph 7

Series the nine volt batteries up to approx 50 volts and connect a wire to each end and a to a 12” length  of welding rod.

Place a rod in each container.

Roll the cloth into a wick and join the two jars .

Wait for 10/12 hours and take readings for each jar , the negative jar should now read ph 8+ and have a reading of – 300 Mv the other a p/h of 4 and a reading or + 800 Mv .

Only drink the alkaline water , the other acidic water is good for disinfection of wounds and sterilizing surfaces.

shouldn't cost more than $20

Hope this helps

Please,Please,Please do not drink anything(water, homemade hootch) that may have metals in them. When you hear of people dying from homemade hootch. It 's because whoever made it used metal bowls, spoon's,Etc to make it in.And sometime during the process enough metals leached in to kill your liver.Just a warning.I have made homemade wine before and use no metal anything to make it with.Triffid

well  triffid , if we can't use tap water , stainless and glass for this , do you have any valid suggestions of what one could use ? , I find it a bit "alarmist" of you to  have responded in this manner when it is plainly spelled out what will be used in this process.

I only have something against using stainless steel.Maybe graphite or carbon rods(clean) could be used?I really don't know anything about joe cells or moe joe as its presented in these video clips. If you are not going to drink it(the water) then I have no concern at all.But someone did talk here about drinking it.I made homemade wine in the past and was warned against using anything metal in the process.Yet how many times did someone put a pencil in their mouth and not die?Triffid

triffid  , not sure if you have been to a winery or not but I have as I sell the pumps they use to transfer / bottle it , they are ALL STAINLESS STEEL and ALL the tanks it is sored in are STAINLESS STEEL , It might be your hobby but Its my job to know these things .

Well it is only a hobby to me.I am not into production on any commercial scale.I did use stainless tanks to make pepsi When I worked for them(4 years). But I never used electricity on electrodes in the water or pepsi. And I think that is the difference. If you are running a current into two electrodes dipped in water. You are going to get some of the electrode into the water. For that matter(graphite would be bad too(since its a form of lead)).So I'm left here with food grade carbon rods only.Triffid

I am concerned only because someone talked about drinking this stuff. When you make wine you go through a period of 2 to 3 weeks  to ferment and months of keeping the wine in glass bottles to let it age.The older the wine gets the better it is.So in a pepsi plant its only 24 hours or less that a  stainless steel tank will hold anything.I don't know about a brewery because I never worked in one.Triffid

I know too that pop cans have a thin plastic coating in them.Maybe some stainless steel tanks have the same kind of coating?Triffid
