Here

I thought they were there; maybe they were buried in the dally device thread...
those are roughly translated...

The indications of the ammeter cannot be trusted the way it is connected.
It would be more credible with a huge capacitor connected after the ammeter.
When will these people understand that: average Amps * average Volts <> average Watts  ?

Also, as usual, the brightness of the bulbs is not quantified and not related to Watts in any meaningful manner.

@Grumage
How much does one of those Wattboxes cost you?

Dear Verpies.

My simple "Wattbox" consists of.......Solar garden light. £1.00 Poundland or $1.00 Dollar shop. Panel micro ammeter £4.95. 20 K ohm Lin preset pot £ 1.35. Suitable bulb and holder ( I now have one for 240 V and one for 12V ). Housing can be almost any non combustible material.

I do however remember your saying that heat can also affect the solar cell's output!!  This does happen. So I suggest placing the Solar cell low down in the box and at a suitable distance from the lamp.
In all, a cheap and fairly reliable tool!!

Cheers Grum.

Are these all connected in series:
-- solar panel -- Amp meter -- POT -- back to solar panel to complete the circuit --
Thanks
DonL

Dear DonL.

My apologies!! Yes you are quite correct, a simple series connection. And then using your best instruments calibrate the meter to a known voltage and current to suit your own taste.

I calibrated my 12 V version with an overunity factor!!  :) Ever the optimist!!  ;D

Cheers Grum.

Must be callibrated with DC for best accuracy, but it will measure LF AC well later.
If the bulb's filament is coiled then the Wattbox will under register with HF AC.

@a.king21, The picture from bedroom vid transformer/split core. The secondary looks as if it also has a loop of heavy wire wrapped over the top just under the outer paper wrap.

Yes, Maybe an L3 Barbosa-Leal style. Any bets on an earth ground entering the circuit somewhere???

There is one weak point in that theory: No thick wires are going to this transformer suitable for 25 amps of current.

But the two transistors on those heat sinks could be suitable for closing and opening a Faraday cage with high frequency. And perhaps the appearance of high voltage is a by-product of that fast switching.

Just to have more theories ... ::)

We desperately need a translation of these Akula gems.

Well, it seems easy enough to test.
Without self-looping that blue capacitor would make the I and V measurements more credible.

I thought the same.  That "extra" wire that we think we see on the transformer could go under the transformer and to the blue coil from behind the blue coil.
If you review the Green Box video and look at the coil when Tariel has it removed and in the house, we get to see the other side of it and you can see where 2 wires were cut-off in the middle of the coil.  It appears that those 2 wires went from the Green Box to the coil between the Green Box and the coil so we couldn't see it when the Green Box device was running.
I believe there were more wires going from the Green Box to the Coil then people originally thought.

Akula schematic re Kapanadze's 3 phase device.
Is he saying Kapanadze's trick is to bridge the core? ???
