Russia has some smart people.

The US has a value system that encourages business and product development.

In the end, none of us had one iota to do with either country becoming what they are. Drop it. You are like a couple of winos on park bench bragging about how prosperous you are because you have $20 in your pocket. I daresay that none of us here are worthy to tie the shoes of the great men and women on both continents that are actually responsible for what our respective countries have become.

One aside about the US...we are not one homogeneous people, but a melting pot of dozens of cultures. As such, we contain the good and bad of virtually every major people group on the planet. Ever watch the Olympics? The US team is the only team that you can identify by looking at our athletes and not their uniforms. Know why? We are the only team that has a broad racial and cultural basis...virtually every other team is made up of people that come from one culture.

Does that make us great? Perhaps in some ways. It certainly makes us confused, however, and virtually impossible to put in the box that Wesley tries so hard to put us in. When anybody here solves the free energy problem...and does the right thing with it...we'll all play your national anthem and salute....for one day. Then we will all return to our labs and keep pushing, because in the end, a technology will not save us...it takes refined designs and successful products. The US may not solve the technical problem, but I assure you, we will be involved in bringing the result to the masses.

In short, we need each other...

well if you look under 3dfs it says that umbrella is managing them - so would make sense that they are in the same building. the si plasma corp is a promoter for waste to energy technology owned by westinghouse corp.

As i see, you all view things from the out of the box prospective - always seeking to find the conspiracy angle, I guess you can find that angle about anything, however drawing on conclusions without reading the webpage or the patents filed and granted by umbrella is rather childish - moreover just because google maps thinks an address is somewhere may not necessarily represent that location, great detective work Watson.

What do you think of the copper end cap on that Kapanadze fish tank coil, the two copper tubes above it and the copper tubing hidden under the red tape?

We see the copper tubing being used in other OU devices as well. Notice how the copper tubing is always pinched flat on the end to close it up?

While it is similar at a basic level, it can't be a self runner since you have not broken the symmetry between the source and the load. This is why SR and Kapanadze and others use that ferro resonant isolation transformer found in 1980's Russian TV's. (Hidden under the sausage coil in SR and next to the sausage coil in the Kapanadze fish tank) From there to the "sausage" coil and from that which is a 1 turn transformer they break the symmetry by using an Earth ground on one side of the load.

The Tesla primary in the green box video just charges up the run caps hidden in the green box along with that isolation transformer. Later Kapanadze got rid of that and just used a battery to charge the caps to start it.

Kapanadze's coil is more of a converter but the magic happens in the resonant transformer. Hector contributed a lot on this subject. Google Hector Ark project for more info. - appears to be the same transformer again BTW in the Hector schematics.
