I convinced donor to deal with TK instead of me as TK has priority rights to art and working device. TK disrespect, deadline 5-26-2012.

Georgia is recognized in EU by  Schengen Visa


That means that TK  should be afraid to go anywhere  out of Georgia as he is in jurisdiction of EU.
