second video of that guy ( builder of the device),was deleted he by himself show the trick and explained the trick showing wire
feed.
Than few days later he deleted the second video.

Arunas I have purchased transformers I'm waiting for it to come.

for everyone who has a problem to find insulation transformer 1:1
Buy the one that is 110 to 220 or for European friends 220 to 380
Than unwind access of wire.
Arunas my toroidal coil winder works now 100% .I did not wind anything as of yet but it goes to the large 10cm toroid .
The head is #4 head so wire diameter I assume gauge 24 and up. kind of thin ..

Price for used lathe can be $100 the shape, condition of lathe is not important.
If you have problem with speed use VFD Variable Frequency Drive
cost /Chinese about 150 with shipping
that what is good about it is that you have chuck to mount the former and tail-stack to support it with live rest.
The traverse is your hand... no big deal.
I was 2 years ego experimenting with Chinese manual winder about $100 with shipping... Waste of money..
Small lathe serves also as a tool of various mechanical support elements to be made..
If you have coil former than wooden supporting blocks for it first will be made on lather.
So purchase is justified.
Accuracy of the lather is not important as long as it fits in hole of the former to create support for live rest. is ok.
Ebay and Craigslist for Americans is the source.
But just look locally.
Metal lathe is the best.
Wood...hmmmm I would not recommend it.
