New York City, Union Square, South Plaza

April 30, 2009

Artist Michael D’Antuono gave the nation a preview of a bizarre tribute to Mr. Obama’s strangely celebrated 1st Hundred Days, in his portrait, The Truth, with plans to have it displayed in Union Square, South Plaza  in New York City.

"My first 100 days were so successful that I will complete the next 100 days in 72 days and on the 73rd day I will rest."

"On the 73rd day I will rest"

Lord Obomba's 173rd day in office will be June 11, 2009.

Be interesting to see if anything odd occurrs on that day...given the importance of dates to satanic sociopaths with Armageddon complexes.

Regards...

Personaly and realisticly the goverment bailing out any company that has failed is a process of just gaining a bit of time.
It is legal theft of the American folks money.

"When all is said and done, more is said than done.     Groucho Marx"

Hans, I believe that quote is attributed to Aesop, however, Groucho supposedly said "before I speak, I have something important to say."

cheers,

Sorry mate but Groucho Marx is quoted to have said this as stated. I cannot remember Aesop having said it, though it seems in character. I checked again and have found a few sources that credit Aesop with the saying, but strangely enough none of them give the Latin original. Some books of quotes actually list the saying as "an American Proverb". ??? Who knows who is right. I like the Groucho version. ;D

" Surely you are referring to Bush and Cheney. "

Ha...ov course we all know they are all cut from the same cloth...as a matter of fact they are even related...and stop calling me Shurley.

I believe that line may have been Groucho's also...my favorite is - " I wouldn't be a member of any club that would have me as a member."

I think he was paraphrasing Mark Twain.

Yes Hans that is not a credible source, but that article was actually written by Mat Rodina and originally appeared on his blog http://mat-rodina.blogspot.com/ (http://mat-rodina.blogspot.com/)

It also appears at http://www.4marks.com/articles/details.html?article_id=3496 (http://www.4marks.com/articles/details.html?article_id=3496)

Title: Newsman Bows and Scrapes To Obomba
Post by: Cap-Z-ro on June 05, 2009, 01:01:42 AM

Brian Williams, in saying goodnight to Obomba, bows his head like an obedient serf ?

Whats that about ?

I swear he would have curtsied if there wasn't a camera there.

His groveling was bad enough.

To paraphrase Stefan the site owner and echo the feelings of the majority here...'people who come on to this forum labeling people are not wanted or welcome here'...and certainly not on this thread.

People who have nothing of value to contribute are asked to refrain from posing in this thread.

Please tell me what value a hateful thread about Obama, attempting to label him as a man with a 'Messiah Complex,' has. It is especially repulsive in light of the nightmarish Bush/Cheney administration we finally managed to get rid of, to which the assertions presented in this thread directly apply.

That is an example of a reasoned response...and would be something worth responding to.

But at this point it can't be seen as genuine and will not be replied to.

A not so veiled attempt to shift focus away from site conduct violations.

I see, so a little humor, 'Right Wingydingy' (Lily Tomlin, anyone?) is a violation, but a spiteful truth twisting thread about Obama is not.

Interesting rules.

Message to Stefan:

" Hi Stefan,

Unfortunately I have to report a new member 'Asymatrix' (likely an old one) using personal attacks and intentionally derailing my threads, despite being asked to stop.

I would very much appreciate it if you would put a stop to him/her.
If there was a way of making each poster the moderator of their own threads, this type of behavior would be eliminated in short order.

Do the administrative controls allow you to do that ?

Regards... "

Using an overunity forum to push a hateful right wing agenda is abusive and should not be tolerated.
