Sjack Abeling Invention Most Likely To Be SHELVED
« on: May 20, 2009, 12:04:22 PM »
From the website: mooieenergie.nl

Question: Will you sell the energy yourself?
Initially that was what we had in mind, but this is no longer our goal. We have been advised to sell our systems to the current energy providers instead for the production of "beautiful energy" (electricity) as a substitute for power plants, wind turbines etc.

I have sent a message to Sjack that this is a BAD idea. Maybe benificial for him, but the rest of the world will not see energy generated from his solution.

This is very very disappointing.

Hi AquariuZ,

From my understanding he doesn't say he's gonna sell the principle behind the wheel to "Big oil".
He wants to offer them ready made wheels so they can use it as generators and sell power to consumers. This instead of Abeling himself being a supplier of power....
So, I'm not convinced it is gonna be shelved (yet)....

Can we Dutchies perhaps get together off-line to see what we can do here? If not to replicate or design around it, convince Abeling of the greater picture, perhaps suggest a casual meeting with him?
I'm all for the man getting a monetary reward and personal credit for his achievements (when real), but shelving is utterly unacceptable. If he does that, we ARE going to figure out as a team what he did by himself, and we're going to make his patent obsolete.

Maybe you fellows could convince him to get into the' TOY' business ,or educational 'Toy's'

{so the children can learn}

I have his mobile number... But even though I do not wish to abuse this privilige, I have sent him another SMS this morning.

Those those who doubt: He is selling his concept to the power company, not the wheels, the commercially exploitable concept.

If it will ever be used, we are talking decades here, decades.

He can´t. The concept will be owned by Eneco (probably).

If this is reproducible you can bet your behind this will be sealed up right upto a lifetime non disclosure on the part of the inventor.

Hi AZ,

Can you be a bit more precise about why you are sure he is selling the concept and not the product? Is there anywhere more info on this because the website certainly doesn't make this clear...

Perpetuum Mobiles propelled by gravity are nothing new. Many patents on it, just all resulting in non-working devices.
I sure hope that after his patent (we'll need to re-read the text) we'll still be able to pull his "trick" if only we find another way to harness the slight surplus in energy he may have found.

I sure would not like to offend or harress Abeling either, but we sure should do something.
I myself am looking into going into the toy business. Most likely based on open source ideas rather than a hard patent though. I'd go by the assumption that I'm a better businessman that the next guy.
Bicycles, my former love, are of quite basic design, but money can be made by selling them.

Abeling could always sell his expertise and name to those looking to make new power generators. My toy company would surely approach him anyway, even if I've got my own open source patent. If he pulled off PPM for real, he's the man to have on your team.

Sorry, but it is clear how this is going to end. Abeling does not pick up the phone anymore, he will get a few million euro for his concept, and it is shelved. I would not be surprised anyone involved gets sick all of a sudden with a bad case of swine flu. Sigh.

All we can do at this point is continue and try to figure this out.

Springs I say, please check the model thread and comment.

Have high hopes this is the missing element.

No updates on his website for over a year. he does not want help. Claims the force is difficult to control, devices seem to self-destruct? Power cannot be calculated.

Let's think outside of the box. What if he's exploiting a whole other type of technology, already open source or patented, and just wants to patent a device to put it to use?
For instance, some of you may remember experiment where opposing magnets, forced together, show anomalous free fall drop times versus control drops. mass on a scale, is not affected. The effect, whatever it is, is rather inertial, or even aetheric/gravital acceleration specific.
Now combine this with what we know of Abeling's device. Wouldn't his device be an awesome way to experiment with this?
Orientation of such heavy magnets, or even pressing magnets together on the way up, MIGHT exploit the anomalous results, without having to explaint them!
Imagine Abeling builds his machine, and supplies the weights himself, only to be inserted right before a demonstration... Only he'll know the magnetic properties of the seemingly dead weights.

I may be on the wrong track altogether with this, but I urge others to follow me in thinking outside the box. Abeling's behaviour gives us reason to think he's on to something. replacation have been awesome, but seemed to be missing out of a magic spark.
If I am correct, or even if we can find which phenomena Abeling is exploiting, we can surely come up with an open source non-infringing technology to do the same, or better.
Heck, if someone can offer me more info on such anomalous gravity related results, I'd disappoint myself to not come with a proposal within a week. I simply don't see the problem, but lack knowledge :-)

Let's put Abeling's coverup and greed to use, let it inspire us to do better?

Thanks for any remarks and thoughts or on-topic tips,

J
