  Hello all
Just was wondering if anyone has any info on water in free fall, the change in the relationship between the Hydrogen atoms in zero gravity, it changes from 104 deg to 109 deg... when in free fall , not only that, the stream of water is attracted to electromagnetic source, but when it comes to rest in a bucket it is no longer attracted.
I believe that this is the optimum time to hit the elite with magnetic pulse, at the 109 degree bipolar instead of at the 104 degree phase.
  Any info would be helpful.
                                                     Thanx
